Becoming a Dealer

PREREQUISITES TO OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT:

• You must be a full-time business, with a permanent store front, operating in the wholesale or retail of Powersports products
• We do not accept dealers who only sell through internet or mail-order
• We will require that you submit a copy of your state or local business license
• We also require your Federal and State Tax ID number, this is required to allow customs clearance on shipments

Please be aware that your application might not be accepted if an existing Authorized Reseller is already covering your target market or geographic area. We do not grant exclusive territories but we do our best to be fair with our resellers.

Kidow ride has implement a “MAP Policy” and is strictly enforcing it across its network. Applicant dealers must be ready to accept this policy and adhere to it to ensure fair competition and good business practices.

Applicant dealers must have a legitimate physical store front catering to the powersports market. Internet-only resellers and bargain-oriented business models are automatically refused.

Applicant dealers located in countries outside of North America might be referred to an existing importer/distributor in their country depending on their potential business level.
